Welcome to StainlessGarageDoorParts.com, a Shopify store owned and operated by American Garage Door Supply, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our site or services.

1. General Use

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
  • Do not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation or security of our site.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site, services, or products at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Orders

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Custom or special-order products (including garage door springs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as these are manufactured to your specifications.
  • Orders may require written confirmation and are subject to our approval and credit review.
  • Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are FOB Bemidji, Minnesota and subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH, and other approved methods.
  • Credit-card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Accounts past due beyond 30 days accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  • NSF checks are subject to a $30 service fee.
  • Goods remain the property of American Garage Door Supply, Inc. until paid in full.
  • No shipments will be made to accounts more than 15 days past due.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting freight upon delivery and noting any damage on the bill of lading.
  • Claims for concealed or visible damage must be made immediately with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, signed freight bill).
  • Shipping costs are prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise arranged.

5. Returns and Warranties

Returns

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any product.
  • Custom or non-stock products are non-returnable.
  • Freight for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to accepted, non-warranty returns.

Warranty

  • Products are warranted only as described in accompanying documentation or the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty claims must include a valid invoice number, serial or part number, and RMA.
  • Replacement items may be invoiced and shipped upon receipt and evaluation of the defective product.
  • Upon inspection and approval, credit will be issued.

Except as expressly stated, all products are sold “as is” without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of American Garage Door Supply, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any site content, product data, or images without our prior written consent.

7. Communications, Email & SMS Messaging

By providing your contact information during checkout, via forms, or by contacting us, you consent to receive transactional communications from American Garage Door Supply, Inc.

  • Transactional Messages: May include order confirmations, shipping updates, billing notifications, and service communications.
  • Marketing Communications: We may send promotional offers, newsletters, or updates only with your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
  • SMS Messaging: If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to order updates, customer support, or promotions. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.   • Privacy Commitment: Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • American Garage Door Supply, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
  • Our liability for defective products is limited strictly to replacement or refund, as described in our warranty terms.
  • We are not liable for labor costs, installation errors, lost profits, or delays resulting from shipping or manufacturing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Beltrami County, Minnesota.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
